The Golden Perch or "Yella-belly" is caught around Wentworth at the Junction of Australia's 2 greatest rivers. A native fish, it is also very nice to eat.

Races

"Races" was painted for the 2003 Wentworth Art Prize. Oil on canvas. It won $1000 prizemoney, sold for $700 and now resides in Melbourne!

Murray River, Thegoa Lagoon and Perry Sandhills

This painting was painted for the Wentworth Art Prize in 2004. It won $2500 in the Open Prize Section. Then I put it in the Mildura Show and it won Best Exhibit in the Fine Arts Section and the Mildura Rural City Council Acquisitive Prize of $3000 in 2004. It is now property of the Mildura Arts Centre.
